4. Why is there a sample fee? Do you always charge for samples?

For most customized items, we charge a sample fee because each OEM sample involves:

• Design analysis and feasibility check
• Purchasing specific raw materials
• Customizing components (printing, plating, embroidery, etc.)
• Pattern making and sample construction
• Full quality inspection and courier dispatch

However, for certain styles or materials we keep in stock, sample fees may be waived or reduced.

5. What is the typical lead time?

Samples: 7–15 days

Bulk production: 25–45 days

Exact lead time depends on order quantity, product type, and seasonal workload.

6. Which payment methods do you accept?

Other terms can be discussed based on order value and cooperation level.

7. What happens after payment is made?

Once payment is confirmed:

• Bulk production begins with regular updates provided.
• Final inspection, packing, and shipment are arranged.

8. How do you ensure quality?

A pre-production sample is always made for your approval. We take full responsibility for any quality issues found after shipment.

For small-volume orders, we recommend choosing from available in-stock styles, which allows for:
